Fritz Hansen is looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage a variety of marketing tasks with great expertise.
Your main objective will be to secure that the marketing communication and sales tools are optimized towards the residential segments in Europe, Asia, and the US, aiming primarily at retail partners and end-consumers.
You will be a part of the Marketing departments Brand Management unit with 4 employees and you will be referring to the Marketing Activation Manager. Moreover, you will be responsible for coordinating advertising and POS development for product launches and line extensions including photo and video shoot planning and execution.
The Marketing Specialist will be planning and executing trade marketing and sales activities aiming at our retail partners, with fairs and events, exhibitions, newsletters, and sample management etc. - in close collaboration with the Sales Department and the Marketing Coordinator in the local markets.
You will be supporting markets with continuously updated materials on the existing portfolio according to the standards relevant to the market.
To succeed in the position, it is key that you are familiar with how to operationalize a yearly marketing plan by breaking it down in projects and ensuring that all the planned initiatives are well executed according to the needs of the various stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Project management, structuring and execution of the yearly planning cycle for the residential segment.
- Detailed planning and execution of day-to-day activation.
- Product launches and line-extensions (briefing and execution)
- Advertising and asset creation (photo/video production)
- Development of sales materials, presentations & POS
- Trade marketing activities and execution towards retail partners
- Tactical campaign planning and commercial content development
- Ongoing coordination with Digital and PR & Communication
The ideal candidate has a solid educational background within marketing as well as a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience from a similar position – preferably from an international company within architecture, design, retail, or the luxury industry.
You have experience with B2C marketing toward end-users and work highly structured. Furthermore, you have competencies within marketing activation and events planning and execution. Advertising and content development is very familiar to you, as you have previously worked with sales materials, POS, video production etc. You thrive working in an international and dynamic environment, are skilled in marketing, especially B2C – and trade marketing - and have a strong personal interest in design, residential interior decoration, and architecture.
With English being the primary work language, you possess excellent English communications skills, oral as well as written, and you are a strong communicator clearly stating your vision, ideas and findings meanwhile striving for including and engaging your colleagues. You have solid proficiency within Microsoft Office.
As a person, you are energetic, outgoing and have a positive mindset. With an enthusiastic spirit and hands-on approach, you enjoy working with planning as well as being operational. You are used to working at a high pace and in periods with intense workload. You find it easy to manage relations with stakeholders – both internally and externally - and you have a great sense of aesthetics and an urge to deliver perfect and well-thought results.
