Leadership, development and management of an international Sales Support Organisation in FRITZ HANSEN.

Fritz Hansen is a well-known and respected international company located in the Copenhagen Region. 

You will report to the VP, Retail Europe and be responsible for app. 12-15 employees, who support Europe and emerging markets. In addition to leading the European/Emerging Support Team in Denmark you will be functional and global lead for the Sales Support Team and work closely together with the team in the US and Asia. 

In close collaboration with the VP, Retail and the Sales Support team your main task is to support and help the company’s B2B partners being retailers, contract partners, architects etc. By supporting the company’s partners professionally and in time, the company secures that their international sales teams can allocate as much time as possible on selling and driving the business forward. 

Furthermore, you will be a role model for the team and practice great leadership and management. Moreover, you will motivate and develop the team as well as make sure that the team is future-proof and able to handle future demands. Finally, you will make sure that the stakeholders are happy and feel that you and your team add value to them. 

Your area of responsibility will be: 
Implementing strategies and processes within the Sales Support Organisation in alignment with the overall company strategy and goals 
Daily management of the Sales Support Team: Set direction - motivate - coach - prioritise to secure a continuous improvement and development of the overall performance
Establishing, maintaining and controlling procedures, policies and processes to meet and improve the daily KPIs in the Sales Support Organisation and to support the strategic KPIs
Work closely together with key stakeholders securing that processes and procedures are consistently improved and professionalised and make sure to add value to the stakeholder
To have a tight alignment with markets on priorities and agenda
Ad hoc change management projects

Preferably you have significant professional insight in an international Sales/Sales Support Organisation and in a function from a similar company or position with significant focus on partners and an international set up with many stakeholders. Furthermore, you have strong leadership and people management skills and can run important change management projects.

As a person you have a commercial mindset and work systematically and structured. You possess the ability to understand complex details, but you also manage to see the big pictures and the opportunities. You are business oriented, have relevant sales/sales support skills as well as the ability to translate ideas into concrete projects and solutions. Furthermore, the successful candidate gets inspired by working in a dynamic environment where tasks will span from being super practical to delivering on key strategic projects.  

Preferably, you have an educational background as MSc (Econ.) or HD. However, it is the right personality that matters. Furthermore, you master English at negotiation level.
