The programme is aimed at promoting environmental consciousness and responsible consumption. Unlike traditional practices that involve manufacturing furniture from virgin materials, Recrafted focuses on refurbishing and repurposing pre-existing furniture pieces to give them a new lease on life.

Recrafted also offers commercial clients with original Fritz Hansen furniture the opportunity to sell back to Fritz Hansen.

The process

Furniture in the Recrafted programme undergo a thorough refurbishment process. This process may include cleaning, repairing, and refinishing the furniture to restore its functionality and aesthetic appeal.
