Spearheaded by one of the world’s leading creative directors, Kashiwa Sato, the new MoonWK office space was created with three core concepts in mind: internationalisation, technology and efficiency. The minimalistic space was designed with to allow for plenty of light and space to stimulate creativity, characteristic of Kashiwa Sato’s simplistic and forward-thinking design ethos.
One of the key components of the design is the 30-metre stainless steel counter, located in the center of the space. A striking presence, the dynamic counter appears as a piece of minimalist art, while also providing a functional space for meetings and presentations.
Elsewhere, a guest room has been decorated with a series of Kashiwa Sato's artworks, while a meditation room provides a sleek and simple backdrop for peaceful encounters, creative workshops and more.
The design team chose a curated mix of pieces by Fritz Hansen for the interior, each handpicked for their minimalistic forms, quality and detail. This includes Arne Jacobsen’s the Ant™ and Series 7™ chairs – each icons in modern furniture history. Elsewhere, Poul Kjærholm’s PK11™ chair, PK61™ coffee table and PK51™ table strike the perfect balance of curves and bold angles, each unique in their distinctly minimalistic form.
